Jason Derulo’s house might just be the hottest spot in town.

“So when you walk in the door I wanted to make sure you’re taken care of,” he says in his exclusive tour. The full Derulo experience begins with a fully stocked bar in the entryway of his 9-bedroom, 5-bathroom home in California. And that’s far from the only place you can shake up a martini or two on the property.

“There’s a lot of bars throughout the whole compound,” Derulo, 26, told PEOPLE. “It would suck to come all the way downstairs if I wanted a mojito. So I could have my mojito upstairs if I want, or I could have some wine. It’s just about convenience.”

Derulo leads the cameras outside to showcase his impressive backyard, which features a Jacuzzi, 75-foot pool that “fits a couple people,” outdoor seating areas with multiple TVs and, of course, another bar. “I like to entertain,” he says.

Inside, he shows off the crown jewel of his cocktail spots.

“So this is the bar in my bathroom, you’ll notice the alligator marble,” he says of the ritzy sipping setup.

Of his tub topped with lion statues he explains, “I love lions because they’re kings. It’s only right that you consider yourself powerful and king-like.” A gold-accented shower/steam room combo complete the spa-like space.

Through his shoe-packed closet lies a black-and-white bedroom with a fireplace, sofa, TV and extravagant light fixtures.

“This is where it all goes down,” Derulo says.
